- Sean has overseen over 350 cost segregation studies, reflecting $150M in tax savings
- Subject Matter Expert in Construction and Real Estate, with a special interest in car washes. Sean’s writing has been published in “Carwash.com” magazine and he has been a guest on several car wash podcasts.
- Sean has been in and around construction sites since childhood – his grandfather was a developer, and his father was an early practitioner of home flipping. Sean learned the art of construction – and real estate investment – from his family, and is proud to share that legacy with clients each and every day.
