Oscar Renderos has performed over 300 cost segregation studies in his career, and has experience with virtually all property types. Based on the west coast, Oscar has completed studies on warehouse and retail spaces, medical and mixed-use facilities, trucking centers and multifamily properties, and more. He particularly enjoys a challenge, and has successfully performed studies on several expansive workplace communities with total costs exceeding $500M. Oscar is a proven and effective communicator, equally comfortable discussing technical subtleties with engineers and bottom line with busy clients.
Oscar takes advantage of the California sunshine — golfing, playing water polo, or just walking along the coast with his terrier Yogi. On the rare off-weather days, Oscar can be found enjoying a good book, particularly a historical biography.
