Experience:

• Experience in all industries, with a special interest in supporting architecture, engineering, and construction firms
• Managed 500+ R&D Tax Credit studies for AEC clients, manufacturers, and software developers
• Led teams of 5–7 employees, providing day-to-day project management, training, and technical support while fostering a sense of collaboration
• Developed standardized procedures, templates, and workflows that improved efficiency, consistency, and quality of team deliverables
