As Special Projects Coordinator, Helena Carmel gets to put her unique stamp on all things Capstan.  From enormous endeavors — like the Capstan website — to more petite projects — like our Capstan-branded baby gear — Helena strives to make everything well, special.

After realizing she preferred the “Marketing” part of “Medical Marketing,” Helena made an industry switch, joining Capstan in 2015.  Helena spends much of her time writing, editing, proofreading, and polishing, which she actually enjoys very much.  She also crafts the well-received Capstan webinars, creates targeted marketing collateral that cuts through the noise, and tracks down the latest and greatest promotional items.  Her favorite project is the annual themed “CPA Survival Kit,” and she aims to make each year’s package more clever, useful, and tasty than the one before.

Helena is happily married to Ziv Carmel, Capstan’s Director of Engineering, and they have been blessed with three beautiful and lively children.   She doesn’t really have much spare time, but is sure she would enjoy it if she did.
