Heather has more than seven years of work experience in commercial real estate cost estimation. From 2013-2015, Heather was a cost estimator in the gas and oil industry focusing on estimates for large-scale gas compressor equipment. Total estimated project costs ranged from $1 million to well over $55 million. In December of 2015 she began working in cost segregation and has completed hundreds of cost segregation studies across the United States. Heather has done cost segregation studies of apartment complexes, retail facilities, office buildings, medical buildings, assisted living facilities, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing and warehouse facilities. She also has extensive experience in the auto dealerships industry.
Heather has a passion for health, wellness, and her community. She is a registered yoga therapy teacher and spends time volunteering with the Charleston Charitable Society and Mindful Mornings of Charleston. She also enjoys spending time outdoors on the beaches of Charleston, South Carolina, with her dog Copper.
