Part of what makes the Capstan experience so memorable is our exceptional back office.  As a Client Success Representative at Capstan, Ethan Fink draws on his strong background in the B2B arena to anticipate and exceed the needs of each and every client.   

Ethan joined Capstan after several years working in the automotive aftermarket, beginning in customer service and progressing to marketing.  He served as a liaison between sales, creative, vendors, and clients, keeping projects on track from start to finish.  Ethan’s success in project management is likely due to both his precision and his flexibility.  Ethan is constantly assessing success, ready to pivot at a moment’s notice if a better outcome can be achieved.  When Ethan works with Capstan clients, he’s on top of all the details, while actively seeking out ways to improve outcomes and satisfaction.   

Ethan is a longtime lacrosse aficionado, and volunteers with inner-city intramural youth lacrosse.  Ethan’s job is to “restring the sticks,” making sure the kids have the best possible equipment.   He enjoys snowboarding, the beach, and hanging out with his two geckos, Meek and Mill.   

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Temple University.
