As Marketing Specialist, Aaron coordinates with other marketing and sales professionals to support, implement, and track the performance of campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation. Aaron engages in a broad spectrum of activities including lead generation, market research, conference/event coordination, and more.
Aaron manages the operational systems and processes central to delivering marketing campaigns. He particularly enjoys business analytics, tracking and analyzing campaign metrics. He also monitors KPIs, develops keyword strategy, and uses data to improve process flow.
Aaron also produces the popular “Capstan Live!” podcast and conducts market research to help Capstan identify and meet customer needs.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the Fox Business School at Temple University. He also completed a Minor in Economics. He is a member of the American Marketing Association.
A lifelong baseball fan, Aaron spends his free time fully engaged in our national pastime. He plays, coaches, and watches baseball, and is even a frequent guest on a local sports radio podcast.
